About Me
I graduated in December 2024 with a Master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from George Mason University. I earned my Master of Education in Inclusive Early Childhood Education in 2017, also from George Mason University. Before that, I completed my bachelor's degree in Public and Nonprofit Management at Indiana University. I have over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and school administration in Washington, D.C.
After work, I enjoy creating online digital resources. I founded a children's Chinese language learning website and published children’s books. I also coached my students to win several championships in international Chinese speech competitions, including the Chinese Bridge (汉语桥) broadcast on national Chinese TV. These experiences have given me valuable skills in curriculum design, leadership, and innovation.
In my master’s program, I studied learning design theory, learning experience design, and learning development tools. My favorite area is learning experience design. I gained skills in data collection, problem analysis, solution development, UI/UX/LXD design, and feedback collection. This program prepared me with the knowledge and skills I need to succeed in this field, and I am ready to apply them in my career.
I am seeking a role where I can apply my leadership skills, creativity, and expertise to design impactful educational solutions.

Explore the project: 🫴Dental Technical College
Client:
The Dental Technical College (DTC) is meant to teach dental clinical processes and practices. Faculty in this program must continue their education to meet professional and accreditation needs.
Challenge:
There is no required training to inform faculty or employers about the continuing education rules or expectations. This causes confusion about what is needed to meet, report, and track requirements. Faculty do not know how to stay in compliance with accreditation standards.
Concept:
We will make a training program to teach faculty about a tool for tracking and meeting professional development needs. This tool will show compliance status and help both faculty and management stay informed.
